Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of product from Blush. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you place an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not place an order.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer.

All prices on the Blush website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclusive of Postage & Packaging (P&P).

I understand that I am responsible for complying with my country’s importation laws and taxes, and that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk. (For customers outside mainland UK only).

I understand that Blush products can only be dispatched upon payment in full, including delivery charges.

We aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 days of receipt of your payment, although there is usually a much quicker turnaround. This may vary for orders from outside mainland UK. If the item you want is out of stock you will be contacted with a delivery date and/or details of alternative items.

I understand that all products offered for sale are subject to availability.

If the goods returned are not faulty and you request a refund by credit card, you will be charged a 3% surcharge to cover card processing fees.

If the ordered goods are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched a full refund will be made by cheque or credit/debit card.

It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods, as we can’t be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

I understand that due to continual updating of product and fluctuations in exchange rates, Blush reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice.

The price you pay will be the one that was valid on the Blush website at the time of your order.
